I went up to the rim again for a few stops and a short hike. The rim was pretty devoid of people which was nice. There was some signs of recent rains and some significant rains, but the area could use a lot more. Not many water sources for the dog on the hike, but it was 55 degrees when we started and 66 when we finished, so not overly necessary. I don't really know what I am doing in these parts and just walked to a few spots with no real plan.
