| no partners | | 4 years ago I stumbled upon this TH while showing the area to someone else. I knew I needed to return that this would be a natural hiking spot for me. Welp, took longer than I expected to hike here.
I had proposed a spot in the Estrellas, my friend suggested this TH and for me to create a route. Hung around on HAZ some and found many options. Went with this one since neither of us had hiked here and were unsure of the terrain.
catclaw and RF didn't prove to be much of a factor. That said, long pants still advised. We took our time yet finished the route in under 7 hours. Hung at the peak for a while to take it all in. Keep in mind, you'll need to add 6.5 miles to all of the HAZ pages from here. |
