Previously hiked this trail in 2017 and 19. With this ever extending extreme heat wave in affect, this is 1 of the only trails with reasonable temps.

To change it up and add to the difficulty, we started from the Veit Springs TH. It is a pull off from Snowbowl Rd. This trail is faint with many downed trees.

Kachina is beautiful altho you do now hit a burned area as you approach the Weatherford. 😒 My blood sugar issues are clearly worsening. Must address this B4 hiking again. 😕
