| no partners | | Morning hike with the wife. Dropped our dog off at doggie day care for a trial run. (We want to make sure that he can “play” well with others). While that experiment was going on the wife and I headed over to Thunderbird Park to get a short hike in. Started from the 67th Ave TH around 8:30. Wanted to get a hike involving H-4a. Took the Coachwhip for .15 miles to get to H-4a. Interesting the trail sign has that as the Sunrise Trail. If I had seen that designation before, I had forgotten. Hiked the H-4a to the ramada and then took the Chuckwalla back to the TH. Very short hike, but it was nice to get out with the wife. Saw some quail and encountered 4 hikers. …….Murdoch’s trial run at doggie day care was a success!  |
