Did this as my second hike for the day. Wanted to check out this trail to do a trail write up. Very boring trail. Pretty much a road with some trail sign Posts. Hiked to where the trail ends and turned around. Should be an easy trail description. The one treat for this hike was the I actually saw a burro while hiking this trail.

I’ve hiked in this area numerous times over the years and can’t recall ever seeing a burro. Very cool seeing one while doing this trail. Also saw a a few bikers in the distance and encountered three hikers as I was finishing up.
