Wife was working in Tucson today so I tagged along. Up the Kings Canyon Trail. Down the Hugh Norris to Esperanza and return on a .9 portion of the Kings Canyon Trail. By doing the loop this way you get a good look at the peak as you head toward it. Had a good laugh at the Peak as I was cruising, feeling good, not stopping much and when I got to the summit I found 9 seniors from the Sun City Tucson hiking club. One lady even got up so I could sit down. BUT I got the group to 'do the Wendy' for a photo. Took some pics and will post later in the week.
