| partners | | John and I finished off our first day in Zion by hopping off the shuttle at Canyon Junction and walking the rest of the way back to the Jeep at the visitor center, via the Pa'rus trail. The trail followed the Virgin River, crossing over it a couple times. John got really excited when he heard what sounded like some small rapids, and immediately ran down through some trees to the water to investigate (there was an actual path maybe 7 feet further ahead)... it was actually a man-made dam. There were also lots of pretty trees (yay, trees!)  |
