I woke up before sunrise, as usual, and stuck my nose outside to check the weather and sky conditions. When I saw the large puffy clouds hanging low over the Superstitions, I threw my photo stuff in the truck and headed to the Hieroglyphic Trail for some pre-sunrise photo shots.

As the sun rose over the ridges on the Eastern side of the Sups, the clouds were too low for the sun to light up the bottoms and present me with the color I had hoped for so I took some shots anyway.

It was a beautiful morning with a light breeze blowing and it's always special to be in the Superstitions watching the sun rise or set :y:

On every trip into the Superstitions, I find another Gold Mine. Today the mine was filled with Memories. I can not wait for the next trip.
