| no partners | | To wind down our trip, we spent the night in Flag at the Little America Hotel and enjoyed hotel amenities. After the breakfast buffet, the wife and kids hit the pool while I hit the trails. The trails in the back are two figure 8 trails that would total about 4.5 miles. I did the smaller loop. I wanted to hike all of them, but after finishing the smaller loop, I had 1.5 hours to check out, and I needed to hike another 2.5 miles to finish. Not doing the bigger loop turned out to be wise decision since a downpour hit us before checkout time.
The south end of these loops is very nice as it overlooks some nice meadows and connects with Flagstaff's urban trails.
and a good time was had by all. |
