Went on a hike to Sabino Canyon during a visit to Tucson. It was sunny day after some of the heavy mid-July rains. The water level was high enough that my friends and I went swimming in some pools and by the dam. Lots of people out and about with all the rainfall. Nearly stepped on a Tiger Rattlesnake, found a desert tortoise (my first spotting at Sabino) and some other interesting fauna. The canyon was perfect.
