| partners | | Headed out to Siphon Draw this morning, but the blue arrows I usually follow were gone and we quickly lost our way. Next thing I knew, we were huffing up cardiac hill, which was perfect for cutting the chill in the morning air, which had dropped into the 30s.
We made a planned rendezvous with fotg and the pups who are out on a multiday trip. We all made the trip up to the summit of BS mtn, where we met hikerdw and his son before they took off on a more adventurous route down.
We returned the way we came before parting ways with fotg and making the loop around Miners before heading back to the trailhead.
On the way home we stopped at wilderness and enjoyed cameos by other hazzers tortoise hiker, johnlp, outdoor lover, bradshaws, jonnybackpack, and apparently te-wa. Honorable menton to oregon hiker, who I saw there yesterday. Nobody could explain why BobP decided not skip it today 
Apparently people like that place or something. Great day start to finish!  |
