Hopped in the car at 5:15am. Radio jock said, "Its already 91 degrees." Summer is here. Drove out to Meridian TH for my quarter loop hike up to the Pass Mtn saddle and back. Ran into two others on my way back down. Light breeze this morning made the 90+ degrees not feel so bad. It's a dry heat.

This is my gym. I have to travel down a bumpy road to get there. There are no treadmillls, no machines, and no personal trainers. I walk..I run..I breathe the fresh air. I can go any time I want, as much as I want and there is no membership fee.
