On the trail in the dark at 4:30am. Headlamp on until somewhere up above the bowl. Days are getting shorter

No one else on the trail until just above the bowl on my way down. Came across 7 other hikers on the trail including Bob who was on a mission. Fear the fork. A quick handshake and a slap on the shoulder and Bob was gone.

This is my gym. I have to travel down a bumpy road to get there. There are no treadmillls, no machines, and no personal trainers. I walk..I run..I breathe the fresh air. I can go any time I want, as much as I want and there is no membership fee.
