Flatiron Hike - Superstitions

Call me crazy! Started this hike at 2:20pm today. 102 degrees out. The good news is it didn't seem to get any hotter by the time I returned. I had to actually take two heat breaks on the way up. Something I have never done. Caught a little shade, cooled down for a bit and then continued on. It was that or burn thru all my water.

No new paint which was a treat. I did notice that a few of the dots and arrows still could use a little work. Maybe 5 in total. Not bad just me being picky.

To my surprise I saw two younger guys heading up around the Siphon Draw area as I was coming down. I would have lost that bet. So much for solitude on the Flatiron. I knew it was too good to be true.
