Yes, Yet another hike into Haunted Canyon to venture off trail and skirt the limestone cliffs in search of the mythical cave. I found some nice limestone cliffs amongst manzanita bushes about 200 feet above the creek bed but no hole in the wall to crawl into. The secret location remains a secret but I had fun this this trip. The terrain wasn't too crazy, the temperature was nice and the trail was empty and all mine. I went in and returned using old Haunted Canyon trail. If you haven't been to the area recently the drive through the mine has changed. The one area is routed through a work area so at first I though I made a wrong turn but you are supposed to drive through. It's less than a mile and then you're back on the old road.
