We began our 'Crested Saguaro' hike at the Blue Point trail head. Hiked south to the road drop through the wash and continued toward the crested saguaro's that are about 400 yards apart (Crucifix,Sputnik and Rubic's Cube). We cut over to FS 10 and saw Trailer Trash about 1/4 mile from the Bush Highway. We thought it unusual to have so many crested saguaro's so close together. Could it be a defective gene pool? Sorry about the names, but that's the best I could do.
