I started this as late in the day as I could hoping the dust from the front would settle and the air would clear out, but it never did. Consequently, being on the summit I had no view, and it was strange. Almost like being on another planet, sometimes. I hadn't done this in over a year. It's OK, but I think Mazatzal Peak or Aztec Peak are more interesting. While it was no trip to a scenic out of town range, and who knows if I breathed in equivalent filth of having smoked a pack of cigarettes, but I still got in a decent hike with decent totals.
