First trip up Wilson Mountain which was a really fun hike. With the cooler temps we couldn't have picked a better day. The climb up was a nice gentle grade which was enjoyable. Went out to the Sedona Lookout then made the hike out to the north end where we enjoyed the red rock views while eating lunch. On the way down we decided to hike out on the first bench to the point that it started to drop which turned out to be a great decision as we ran into a small herd of deer. Once at the TH we hiked down to the creek and took the Allens Bend Trail out to the start of the Casner Canyon Trail to scout crossing conditions for a possible upcoming hike.
