This was an off trail hike on the west side of the Black Mountains. We saw 5 bighorn ewes. We also had a donkey encounter by the side of Rt. 66 on our way to the hike! (See photos.) This is close enough to Oatman that the burros around here are pretty tame, and looking for a handout.

My hip really ached again. Took Gabapentin and Tylenol just to get through this little hike.
