Unsuccessful summit attempt. After staying at a friend's cabin nearby, we met up with John and Kyle at the trailhead in the morning and headed up. It was a little warm and Sue was struggling a bit. It didn't make sense to keep going, so we made the call to abandon the full climb. After a good break at the 8800 saddle, we headed back down, though clouds had now moved in and lowered the temperature to be much more pleasant. We stuck around until John and Kyle got back and had obligatory wings at NiMarcos. :D
