The turn off from the 260 is easy to miss. I wouldn't recommend a car on this road but anything else should be ok. No conventional parking lot but there is an area to pull off.

The TH is at the highest elevation I have encountered. The first mile on this one is tough. Bout half way in it switches from pretty scenery to dead trees. This allows the tower to be spotted early. The views are greatly magnified if you wish to figure out a way up the tower. 😉
