We did a near reverse of the grand tour loop I hiked with Linda and Denny in March 2019. The park was just over half full based on parking. It didn't pick up much throughout the day either. A fair percentage did the mut on a rope polka dance. Maybe two? mountain bikers and just a couple of low-key runners. Music sharing? was limited to one guy we figured we'd breeze by but he held well to a saddle. Everything still feels perfect in this park. West-Cali-Valley never disappoints. The unique Estrella view along with intriguing western views are worthy alone.
