| no partners | | Needed to get outside today and get some sun so we headed to FR 4151 and dropped over the hill at the tank that intersects 4151A and 4151.
We followed a cow path for 50 yards and they headed down the hill toward Peck Canyon.
Temperature got up to 49 with a light breeze.
Some cool rock formations and the canyon got really narrow in places and that made the cliffs seem taller.
Found a concrete tank with the date 1939 carved in the top and then nearby is a shallow manmade tank with earthen edges.
Nothing major to report other than poofy clouds and quietness.
Sat for a while and just took in the peacefulness. |
