Parked where Fresno meets Peck canyon and headed toward the windmill.
I wanted to check the condition of the road after the rains.
I would guess that as much as 30% of the road is missing. Even where you can see the road it is severely washed out.
Two places the road has been replaced by a gravel field. One of these is at least 50 yards wide.
The rains washed places down to the bed rock.
All in all a most welcome get away.
Didn't see anyone all day.
Very peaceful .
