Well, it seems like everyone these days is optimizing their metabolic rate or metabolic flexibility. So, getting with the times I was shirtless in the cool breeze on the summit. I was also fasting since a "lunch" yesterday around 3 PM, and a mistakenly eaten Lara bar around 6:30 PM. Felt fine while doing this. Brought regular food just in case, and ate none. Drank my usual water. Writing this I'm now at just over 24 hours fasting, but my roast will soon be done. Might be interested in building to 36 or 48 hours. I hear it gets really easy after 72 hours. Gotta get those ketones going.

Nice trail, and Wrightson was great as always. Snow was about as expected. Traction would be fine to have, but wasn't needed. I like the Apache Pine in the canyon down low, and there is a lot of ponderosa and Arizona pine reproduction up high. An aggressive individual with a goal of creating a healthier forest could make a big impact on the areas of dense reproduction with a hand saw and an eye for aesthetics.

I used Lee's September 10, 2016 stats.
