I have hiked this trail a time or two over the years. It’s always a good one after a nice precipitation event. We had checked out the area the day before, so we knew there would be a little water flowing too. We hiked in Bluff and then up Terrapin to a set of ephemeral falls I have been going to for probably a decade now. After admiring the temporary falls and enjoying a nice lunch, we headed back. We saw several hikers within the first few miles heading in and then nobody all day until the end. The trails were in pretty good shape, but there were a few patches of acacia trying to claim the trail on Terrapin.
