The higher elevations are still wearing their "just out of winter look." Yes, it was quite the winter up in areas such as this. Anyway, it was overall an enjoyable day, in spite of way too many people jamming up everything. Such is the way of things now. Rose Creek CG was really packed, as were the two lower campgrounds along Workman Creek. Lots of folks hanging out at the falls when I got there, but I spent enough time up higher so that when I came back down later they were gone. 
Wanted to give the old RAV a good workout to see if was ready for a California trip. Total roundtrip mileage today was 320 miles. All is well.
