Started at 8am by catching the bus to East Wemyss. Got off at 8:30 and found the trail. Cloudy, breezy and chilly, mid-40s. I had all layers on for protection.

Path was relatively easy to follow. Better marked than yesterday. There were steps in some spots.

The path follows the shoreline leaving Kirkcaldy. At Buckhaven it goes through town. Buckhaven and Mathilde were residential and industrial. Methil especially looked run-down.

Leven is prettier, a seaside village. Nice area along the beach. It's about 4.6 miles from Kirkcaldy. I needed a shorter trek today.

Again, foot traffic is rather light, unless you're in one of the towns.
