| no partners | | Actually hiked along San Juan Road from MP 2 to the overlook at MP 6. Started 8:30am, finished 11:30am. Only passed a couple hikers/joggers and several bicyclists. Strangely enough a couple vehicles passed me since this is gated off. I found out that there was a photo shoot in progress at the overlook. Quail, cottontail rabbit, verdins...but no coyotes or rattlers. :-) Warm but there was a breeze on the way back. Talked with a couple rangers while I was out there.
Stopped at Encanto GC on the way home to renew my Phx card and saw a car with a HAZ decal in the back window. Hmmm, another hiking golfer? |
