Another day off and trying to avoid the heat down here. Went to see spring. I usually go in the fall so this was nice to see everything green. I did notice a lot of downed trees across the trail some small some bigger. Once you get back in there there are 2 parallel routes, one that runs along the creek and the higher up route. the higher route was very overgrown. still very nice and calm back there by the creek.

Afterwards on the way back into Payson, I drove up to the Diamond Point Fire Tower. I was going to hike in after the gate but it was clearly post closed and no foot traffic.
