Short hike in Saguaro National Park to Hope Camp. Our mission was to photograph the full moon as it crested the Rincon Mountain. We have done this hike many times before but it is still enjoyable. Like the last time we tried to photograph the moon rise it was about 20 minutes after the sun set. When it did finally rise my camera didn't function right so the photos didn't come out (it was actually operator error). Hope camp has a good example of a F. Ronstadt Windmill which is from Linda Ronstadt's Grandfather's Hardware store here in Tucson. Very dry all along the trail, you can hear the Prickly pear screaming for water.
