Started at Bulldog Canyon and hiked FR10 and 1356 (Rock House) to the Hope is Lost trail and hiked that out and back. Saw one 4WD driver on the way out and 2 dirt bikers on the way back. Hazy skies and not too hot. Got windy at times. No wildlife seen.

Hope is Lost is a nice wash to hike, more interesting than the road in. Wanted to hike further but didn't want to spend the time on a Sunday.
