Got a later start after moving Dmitri's stuff out of the dorms and back home for the summer. Drove over to the beginning of First Water Road and took the trail there up to where it intersects with another trail that takes you to the Massacre Grounds, then hiked down Jacob's Crosscut Trail and hiked that a mile past Siphon Draw and headed back.

On the way back I meandered through the lower trails in LDSP to add a bit of mileage and check that out again. The Mountain Bike Trail is cut off presently by cyclone fencing for some project. Looks like maybe a water line from what I saw. I had to walk thru the park and bushwhack my way back to the trail and then ended up on the Treasure loop trail back to Jacob's Crosscut and back to the car.

Getting warm now, but not too bad yet. Busy traffic in the park, other than that not many people. No wildlife to speak of.
