Visiting family in St Louis allows me to get early morning hikes on the Katy Trail. Picked up from where I left off on my last visit and started hiking south from Du Sable Park. Hiked to Family Arena before turning around. Nice way to get miles with little effort. Decent views of the Missouri River along the way. A lot of shops and history in the area if you have time to spare.
