Started with lower Telephone Trail through the forest of Manzanita Scrub. Picked up the Icehouse Canyon Trail to the peak. Looped back down on the Sixshooter Canyon Trail. Visited the mine near Dog House Spring, made wrong turn at top of Icehouse and trekked up to Pinal Peak. Logged 12.2 miles on the GPS.

This is my gym. I have to travel down a bumpy road to get there. There are no treadmillls, no machines, and no personal trainers. I walk..I run..I breathe the fresh air. I can go any time I want, as much as I want and there is no membership fee.
