Long ride from Phoenix to get to the trailhead. We had to take an Off road trail to get there. The hike was long and hot. I would recommend hiking the mountain because it is in the Phoenix skyline. But not for the views. The quarts peak at the top was unique.

We were bothered by bees on several occasions and a person who was hiking behind us got stung.

Other than that the hike was forgettable.
