Decided to do my #optoutside civic duty and get out there. After taking 5 days of rest the knee did feel magnitudes better. It did have an occasion twinge as a reminder that it wasn't 100%; but overall, I am happy with the results thus far.

I hit the Gatekeeper up on the way up again, then proceeded to Flatiron, then the peak, then back down to the Gatekeeper and home.

I didn't get off to an early start but, without a doubt, the most people I have ever seen out there today. Everyone seemed in good spirits! It was nice running into you again Linda!
