It was a surprisingly comfortable day today (temperature wise) on the way up. The legs felt good, from all the rest, but also slightly out of shape. On the way down from the peak I literally hopped into a prickly pear. It was not a fun experience. Roughly 20 or so minutes of performing surgery on myself to get all the barbs out was a fun experience. I had no idea that they had barbs on the spines that held them in. Either that, or they were so far in that they were just incredibly difficult, and painful, to remove.
