| no partners | | | I met up with Larry at the Pima Canyon entrance around 8:30 for a Guadalupe Ridge hike. He suggested going up the road, then following the wash you cross at the beginning of National all the way up to Hidden Valley. That sounded great to me since I had made that very same suggestion for a future hike to my girlfriends just a couple of weeks ago. So we headed up the wash, which was a lot of fun (and obviously well traveled since there were footprints and a faint trail almost the entire way), got to Hidden Valley, went through there, then west on National to the turnoff for Guadalupe Ridge. We took the ridge all the way back to the trailhead. Perfect day, the weather was really nice and the air was almost crystal clear. |
