This was almost like two hikes in one. The lower elevations were cool and cloudy, but no wind or rain; and the higher elevations were cold, foggy, and windy, with a heavy mist/light drizzle. It was a very enjoyable hike though, and was fun to be out in the fog. Only saw two other people, both near the trailhead.
