After our little jaunt to the lake, Tug and I decided to check out what the Two Sixty Trailhead was all about. Oh, it's the Highline Trail! Never been on that section, and it was really pretty. We started out with the intent to hike up to the military sinkhole, but then decided to go along the rim for a while. We got to a gate and Tug went through it, then decided it was time to turn around.

Even though it was 15 degrees the night before while camping, and when we left camp, it was only 19, it turned out to be a gorgeous day, and I was hiking in a t-shirt and a skort! We only saw one couple with their dog on trail, and stopped to chat with them for a bit. We jogged a few of the flat sections, what a pretty stretch of trail!!!
