| no partners | | | This is a long hike from from Mount Lemmon to sabino Canyon Visitors Center. I chose to do this from top to bottom rather than up. Normally going down is hard on the Knees and feet but an AEG of 7072 feet going up is a bit much. Great views along all the trails. Water was available at Sabino East fork and Bear canyon. Definitely a hike for late fall to early Spring, may get a bit warm later in the year. I have never been on the box canyon trail except for the upper 2 miles so the scenery was all new to me. Upper Bear canyon Trail above Seven Falls was also new to me. |
