One of the usual weekday hikes with Daniela and her friend, Jessie. We went up Corona East, and came down Corona. Saw two snakes on Corona--a gopher snake, and something that maybe looked like a whip snake, but I wasn't able to get a picture of that one. I saw another big gopher snake in the road by the trailhead too. We saw one chuckwalla on Corona as well. Lots of cars parked at the trailhead, but we did not see many people, not sure where they all were. Definitely warm today, but the breeze helped.
