| no partners | | I had extensive plans which included 1 night camping upstream from Larson ridge, 1 night camping at the lake, and the last night joining some other folks near Telephone Ridge trail. Unfortunately my plans had to change, my youngest daughter and some last minute HS grad functions...
I was only able to complete the first part of that plan. It was chilly, super windy, and it snowed a bit Thursday night. I did manage to further explore upstream from Larson ridge. Again I was surprised at how there are such nice trails following the creek upstream (south). I found several additional busted up camps and a few more blue tarps. Managed to catch a few browns, including this one which was released. I turned around but the trails kept going. A thru-hike from lake to lake is way over due... |
