Short hike up the Doe mountain trail, not sure where the trail ended but enjoyed circling around the edge of the flat top mountain. Nice way to get some panoramic views of this part of red reck country. Stalked a couple of stellar jays on the way up but they refused to pose.Easily followed trail would be a good hike even for small children. Good addition to Bear mountain since its the same trail head parking lot.
