After getting spanked hard the night before, Monday was an enjoyable day in the Ritas with Linda and Kelly. We managed to beat the storms and enjoyed some great clouds along the way. As much as I enjoy this hike, it always sneaks up on me just how big of a hike it is. Especially when I do a mile more than the others!

Made it home at 3:45 which is pretty nice on a holiday Monday!

Rainwater in the springbox (which is no longer connected to the spring), and plenty of water in the underground spring container. No visible flow though.

The spring box was only half full with no flow into it, but the drainage below the spring was flowing robustly.

A nice wall of moss with healthy dripping, resulting in some light surface water flow on the trail below.
