Drove to the First Water TH and hiked the Dutchman trail until I came to First Water Creek. I followed the creek up and then took a cross-country route to intersect the Massacre Falls trail and up to the Falls. The falls had plenty of water and after a while I shared it with four people on horseback. Then on down the Massacre Grounds trail until I made a right turn at the Wilderness Boundary fence and hiked the old road to the trail connecting the two parking lots and on to the main parking lot. I got rained on early in the hike, but it was a good day. First Water Creek is not too brushy and easy to follow.
