I hiked the Willow Basin Loop for the first time - sorta. Hiked up the trail clockwise, but then dipped down and followed the canyon trail and route to rejoin the Basin Loop trail in the long, straight road/wash. I then turned back and hiked counterclockwise back to the trailhead with a slight variation.
