I've been wanting to hike Little Four Peaks but wanted a few more miles so came up with this approach, which also provided the oppertunity to post the route of the horse trail right out of the Willow Springs Trail Head which is a great alternative to hiking FR12. Really enjoyed the area above the Apache Gap TH and will make a return to do some additional wandering. The Little Four Peaks hike is a super fun route for being right off the highway. Great weather and I really enjoyed this hike.
