I took a quick brisk hike up Marcos De Niza- and I was pushing hard to make the summit. Could of been because It the first time out since I tackled the proposed Shaughnessey connector which DID kick my butt.😫 Also The holiday cheer could of had something to do with it!!😋 It was 46 degrees when I started and never got above 55 while I was out. That could of explained why the TH lot was not even half full!!
Took some picks of the sunrise, but pics don’t do justice! A great brisk hike and a good visit with visiting hiker was a great way to start the day. When I got back to the TH not many more cars in the lot.
